Well it is that time of year again when the Arizona Heat takes over. I went running the other morning and when I got home this is what my face looked like...
Ha! That is why I do NOT live in AZ. I do not miss the heat one bit! You need to come to UT. Snow on the mountains and snowbird still has skiers, crazy. I think it is time to get out the sunscreen Lori, don't ya think?

i saw on darby's blog that she tried to fry an egg on the sidewalk. seriously, it's sweltering. you should hook one of those mini fans to your visor.
I can't believe you went running in that heat! I didn't and that's why I became a little chunky monkey over the summer!
